Claim filed for potential Minnesota wrongful death suit

Pioneer Press reported a lawyer filed a claim against the city of St. Paul for a potential Minnesota wrongful death lawsuit.

The lawyer is representing the daughter of a 79-year-old woman who was killed by an ambulance on June 20. An investigation is pending to determine if the Minnesota wrongful death suit can be filed.

The elderly woman who is part of the potential Minnesota wrongful death suit was killed when a firefighter backed an ambulance down an alley and ran over her, killing her.
