Off-duty police officer charged for Minnesota DUI

Star Tribune reported a police officer pleaded guilty to a Minnesota DUI charge when he was found driving under the influence of alcohol.
The police officer was off-duty and had his two children in the car with him when he was stopped by the police and charged with the Minnesota DUI.
A breath test was taken at the scene of the Minnesota DUI and the police officer was found with a blood alcohol content of .21.
The police officer was taken off of patrol duty after he was charged for driving under the influence.
